Ingredients1 lb tripe 1 lb pork meat 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic, grated 2 bay leaves |
DirectionsPut all ingredients in a pot full of water. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce the heat to simmer about 3 hours or until tripe is tender and most of the liquid has evaporated to form a sauce. |
